Depending on the size of your organisation and your individual requirements, we can provide ILM qualification courses best suited to your needs.
Below are two case studies of recent courses showing the flexibility and variance possible.
ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management
An open course was offered to smaller organisations held on site at the premises of one of those participating. A total of 12 delegates attended one day a month for 10 months: seven delegates from two separate engineering firms, two from a computer software development company and five from four different public sector health care services. This diversity allowed managers to draw on experience and knowledge from others and created a platform for sharing best practice.
The units covered included problem solving, effective team leading, conflict resolution, recruitment and selection, communication skills and management performance.
ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
A large public sector organisation commissioned ProAction Development to develop a qualification course for 85 ILM delegates across the South West. The programme was delivered to six cohorts across the region. The course ran for 10 months covering a wide variety of topics chosen by the organisation, two of which were ILM units. This allowed all learners to achieve a qualification whilst also developing a wider range of skills not specific to the qualification itself.
By integrating our online LMS, ProLearn, the course delegates were able to link with other cohorts to share ideas and learning throughout the programme, which was not restricted to their own individual group. ProLearn kept the learning alive during the course and afterwards through the use of chat forums, videos, quizzes and the sharing of best practice.
